Our pie flavors change with the season and feature local, organic fruit. Here are some of the offerings for Fall/Winter 2009-10.
All fruit pies can be ordered either as double crust, lattice topped, or one of the following streusel options: oatmeal, pecan, hazelnut, walnut.

Strawberry Rhubarb - A springtime favorite! $24.00
Apple - Straight up, no firills double crust classic. Delicious apples are piled high and baked between two layers of our flaky, all butter crust.
(prefer a crunchy top? Try it with almond, walnut, or pecan streusel instead of a top crust!)
Apricot- Raspberry - The taste of summer in a pie! Feel free to substitute another berry if you'd like.
Michigan Sour Cherry - Delicious with toasted almond streusel, or go with the classic lattice top. $24.00
Ginger Peach - Juicy farm peaches combined with fresh ginger make for one of my favorite flavor combinations! Not a fan of ginger? Make it a straight up peach pie instead. $24.00
Blueberry - Sweet local blueberries make for a pie bursting with juicy goodness. Try adding peaches for another delicious fruit combination! $24.00
Chocolate Chess Pie - Delicious and decadent! 70% chocolate is used in this baked custard pie...reminiscent of a gooey brownie!

Brown Butter Pecan - Nutty goodness... $24.00
Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie - What more could you possibly need? Hands down my "desert island" pie.
I'm sorry, did I say "desert"? I'm pretty sure I meant "dessert". Heh.
Key Lime Meringue - A sweet/tart key lime custard is baked into a graham cracker crust and topped with swirls of fluffy meringue!
Chocolate Peanut Butter - Layers of chocolate and peanut pastry cream in a flaky butter crust. Topped with bittersweet chocolate ganache and crushed peanuts.
Cream Pies - Take your pick!
Banana (slices of banana topped with vanilla pastry cream, whipped cream, and white chocolate curls).
Coconut (Coconut milk pastry cream, topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut).
Chocolate (Rich chocolate pastry cream topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls).

Toasted Almond Brittle Crunch Cake - A four layer almond cake filled with vanilla almond frosting and crushed almond brittle.
